This beautiful, handcrafted cottage is easily accessed from the parking area. It sleeps 3-4, configured with one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children) in the sitting area. It includes a bathroom, gas fireplace, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee and teas, room darkening shades and cable television. The large adjoining deck looks out over the Matanuska Glacier and surrounding mountains. Rates listed are for up to 3 people (1 Queen bed, 1 Sofa bed).

BERRIES & BLOSSOMS SUITE
Our suite offers breathtaking mountain views from every window and dall sheep viewing from the large picture window. This second story unit requires use of stairs. Berries and Blossoms sleeps 4, configured with two bedrooms (one with one queen sized bed and another with two twins). The room includes a bathroom, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee and teas, room darkening shades and cable television.A designated patio with table and chairs on the ground level offers outdoor seating. Listed rate is for up to 4 people (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds).

CHECK-IN, DIRECTIONS, & POLICIES
Please read the following carefully in preparation for your booking and arrival.
We look forward to hosting you!
CHECK-IN
Self Check-in beings after 4:00 pm
Upon entering the driveway, there will be a large mosaic sign to welcome you.
Stop and get out of your car.
Locate the mailbox that is attached to the sign and look inside to find an envelope with your name it. Inside it will provide you with your self check-in directions.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Travel the Glenn Highway (Route 1) to the Tundra Rose Guest Cottages at Milepost 109.5 of the Glenn Highway.
Leaving Anchorage: Travel the Glenn Highway NE towards Palmer and then keep traveling toward Glennallen. We are 109.5 miles from Anchorage. Our driveway will be to your right.
Leaving Glennallen: Travel the Glenn Highway SW towards Palmer and Anchorage. We are approximately 80 miles from Glennallen. Our driveway will be to your left, just past the Grand View Cafe & RV Park.
POLICIES
Reservation implies agreement with all Policies, including the Cancellation Policy.
RATES & DEPOSITS
No Smoking
Smoking outside only.
No Cooking
Cooking in rooms, on patios, or on decks is not permitted. Microwaves are provided for your use.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit fee of 50 % will be charged.
Balance Due
The remaining balance for your reservation is due 7 days
prior to arrival.
Additional Guests
Rates quoted in the confirmation letter are based on the number of beds and guests allowed in each cottage.
Additional bedding is not provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the unique nature of our small property, cancellations impact us greatly. Please consider purchasing Travel Protection Insurance to cover any unexpected emergencies or last minute changes to your travel plans.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee for each cottage cancellation.
Within 3 Weeks (21 Days) of Arrival
Your Deposit will be forfeited should you cancel within 3 weeks (21 days) of your arrival.
Within 1 Week (7 days) of Arrival
Should you cancel within one week (7 days) of your arrival, or for No Shows, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
Situations Beyond Our Control
No refunds will be given for early departure, bad weather, road conditions, electrical outages, or any situation that is beyond our control.
